Tournament Rules

  • Team Scramble & Best Ball
  • Each player will hit a tee shot, select the best tee shot, gather all other balls, then each player will hit the next shot from that spot, repeat this process until the ball is holed.
  • All lies may be improved within one club length of the ball selected for play, no closer to the hole, under the same conditions i.e. rough or bunker.
  • Please place your team score in the space provided on your scorecard. In case of a tie, all ties will be broken using the scorecard playoff beginning from the hardest handicap golf hole progressing forward until a winner is determined

Additional Information:
  • If you want additional signage, you must bring it and remove it yourself.  
  • Pop-Up Tents/Canopy: You may bring a pop-up tent/canopy; you will be responsible for set-up and breakdown. No electricity at the holes and NO generators are allowed  
  • You can serve water or soft drinks at your hole without paying a corkage fee
  •  ***You may ONLY bring (2) reps to work at the table at your hole***
  • We are expecting 128 Golfers 
  • A list of the Golfers will be provided the day of the Tournament

Can I serve alcohol at my hole? If you pay the REQUIRED corkage fee of $250 IN ADVANCE, then YES you may serve alcohol. Payment it due to SIM CFL no later than November 1st, 2026.  Failure to pay in advance will result in a $600 fee the day of the event.

SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION TERMS:

*A practitioner is someone whose primary role is supporting or providing technical services for their company only AND their company does not sell technology products or services on the open market to other companies. If the sponsorship includes a foursome and the sponsor has not completed their team by November 1, 2026, SIM CFL reserves the right to assign players to fill the foursome 

**Sponsors are required to submit a digital copy of their company logo to SIM CFL no later than Friday, October 1, 2026. In the event that a sponsor fails to provide a digital logo by this deadline, SIM CFL reserves the right to utilize the sponsor’s logo as it appears on their official website for promotional purposes related to the event.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Deposits are NOT Refundable**

** 50% Deposit is due to SIM CFL within 30 days of Sponsorship Selection, OR immediately if Sponsorship is selected less than 60 days out from Golf Tournament. Failure to submit a deposit will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship. Final payment due no later than 90 days after receipt of Deposit OR by September 13, 2026, whichever date comes first. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship**

** In the event of inclement weather, Eagle Creek Golf Club & SIM CFL will consider it a complete event when one group completes nine holes of play. In some cases, inclement weather such as frost, lightning, heavy rain, etc. may indirectly affect the start time of the event
