Failure to submit a deposit will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship. Final payment due no later than 90 days after receipt of Deposit OR by September 13, 2024, whichever date comes first. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship** ** In the event of inclement weather, Eagle Creek Golf Club & SIM CFL will consider it a complete event when one group completes nine holes of play.
