SIM CFL Golf Tournament Clinic

SIM CFL Golf Clinic (2) Available: $2,500 ea.

Sponsorship includes:

Guest Speaker - TBD
Limited to 30 IT Practitioners*
Breakfast
Complimentary Parking – look for the signs upon arrival
Full use of Golf Club locker room (lockers, showers, etc.)
Attendees may use their own golf clubs. All others will be provided rental sets at no additional charge.
Golfers will receive putting through full swing instruction and will conclude with fun competitions.
Lunch with Golf Tournament Attendees.

SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION TERMS:

*A practitioner is someone whose primary role is supporting or providing technical services for their company only AND their company does not sell technology products or services on the open market to other companies. If the sponsorship includes a foursome and the sponsor has not completed their team by Wednesday, November 5, 2025, SIM CFL reserves the right to assign players to fill the foursome

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Deposits are NOT Refundable**

** 50% Deposit is due to SIM CFL within 30 days of Sponsorship Selection, OR immediately if Sponsorship Selected less than 60 days out from Golf Tournament. Failure to submit a deposit will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship. Final payment due no later than 90 days after receipt of Deposit OR by September 13, 2025, whichever date comes first. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship**

**Sponsors are required to submit a digital copy of their company logo to SIM CFL no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. In the event that a sponsor fails to provide a digital logo by this deadline, SIM CFL reserves the right to utilize the sponsor’s logo as it appears on their official website for promotional purposes related to the event.

** In the event of inclement weather, Eagle Creek Golf Club & SIM CFL will consider it a complete event when one group completes nine holes of play. In some cases, inclement weather such as frost, lightning, heavy rain, etc. may indirectly affect the start time of the event.
