SIM Women Central Florida is a place where women in technology leadership in Central Florida can find support, recognition, growth, and inspiration.

Mission

To leverage our vast experience, presence, and reach, to inspire, support, and cultivate the advancement and recognition of all women in technology. Provide leadership locally to help positively impact females in the tech community.

Focus:

The focus of this group is to provide opportunities for women to discuss topics of interest specific to women or from a woman’s point of view. It is an avenue for women to network with other professionals to promote communication, mentorship, leadership, and career development amongst women in IT.

Format: Meet-up Lunches, Webinars & Face-to-Face Networking events with featured speaker

Topics: Event topics range from building relationships, leadership, balancing work and family, creating meaningful win-win work situations, and ultimate career advice in interactive sessions.

Location: Meetings are held several times a year, at different times and venues to allow for maximum flexibility.

Attendance: 15-40 attendees; open to members/non-members
