Attendee list (delivered post event) SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION TERMS: *A practitioner is someone whose primary role is supporting or providing technical services for their company only AND their company does not sell technology products or services on the open market to other companies. If the sponsorship includes a foursome and the sponsor has not completed their team by Wednesday, November 5, 2025, SIM CFL reserves the right to assign players to fill the foursome **ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Deposits are NOT Refundable** ** 50% Deposit is due to SIM CFL within 30 days of Sponsorship Selection, OR immediately if Sponsorship is selected less than 60 days out from Golf Tournament. Failure to submit a deposit will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship. Final payment due no later than 90 days after receipt of Deposit OR by September 13, 2025, whichever date comes first.
