Marketing teams are natural early adopters of technology, but they often lack the technical expertise and depth to fully leverage the technology. Not to mention data management isn’t always at the top of mind. Meanwhile, technology teams excel at technical implementation, but aren’t always aligned with business goals. Marketing and IT tend to speak different languages. However, we’ll discuss how now is a perfect time to use AI as a focal point to align departments, develop a common language, foster symbiotic and productive relationships, and accomplish both business and technology goals.
