Meet the Panelists:
Jherome DeGuzman

Jherome DeGuzman is Solutions Engineering Manager at ThreatLocker. He has a combined experience of over 20 years with a focus on Cyber Security, Business Continuity, Network Engineering, and Project Management. His operational and project experience in technology complements each other to maximize efficiencies across business operations.
Prashanth Kurupati

Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer with over 25 years of experience leading IT strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. Successfully led large-scale technology transformations, including the modernization of a billion-dollar healthcare organization to achieve best in class standards within 12 months. Managed multimillion-dollar operational budgets, overseen PMO portfolios exceeding $120M, and guided teams of over 300 professionals, consistently earning high employee engagement & satisfaction. Throughout my career, combined technical expertise with business goals to deliver cost-effective solutions, enhance cybersecurity posture, and enable digital innovation. I have held leadership roles at IMA Medical Group, Orion Knowledge Engineering, WellCare Health Plans (Centene), BJC Healthcare, and Thomson Reuters. Have an MBA from the University of Iowa, executive leadership training from Harvard Business School, and certifications in systems management and managed health care.
Orville Williams

Orville brings 27 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity leadership, with deep expertise in governance, incident response management, staff development, and M&A security. He oversees cybersecurity initiatives across 14 companies within Trilon, ensuring alignment with a unified strategy while respecting the operational needs of diverse business units.
At DRMP, Orville launched the firm’s first comprehensive cybersecurity program and has since scaled his leadership to harmonize and modernize security practices across Trilon. He has led transformational efforts including standardizing cybersecurity tools and frameworks, strengthened governance, and currently building an incident response framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Orville’s career highlights include organizing and aligning multiple companies with significantly different infrastructures under a common cybersecurity strategy, implementing advanced security platforms, and driving security culture change through cross-collaborative engagement. His expertise spans security modernization, governance, incident response, and developing the next generation of cybersecurity leaders.
Beyond his organizational leadership, Orville is an active member of the SIM Central Florida Board and has been a mentor to rising cybersecurity professionals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Morgan State University and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Orville lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife and their younger son and daughter, while his adult son works as a data scientist in Atlanta. When he is not immersed in cybersecurity, Orville is an avid sneaker collector, always on the hunt for rare and unique additions to his collection.
