Volunteer with SIM Central Florida at the InfoSec World 2026 Expo. Selected volunteers will receive an Expo Pass and represent SIM CFL at the chapter's partner booth while connecting with technology and cybersecurity professionals from across the industry.


VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

If you are interested in representing SIM CFL at the event, register and indicate your availability for the following days:

  • Monday, October 12: 5:00-7:30 PM (+ booth setup, 2:00-4:00 PM)
  • Tuesday, October 13: 9:30 AM-2:00 PM
  • Tuesday, October 13: 2:00-6:30 PM
  • Wednesday, October 14: 9:30 AM-2:00 PM (+ booth teardown, Expo close-7:00 PM)
Volunteers may rotate throughout the day, allowing one member to attend a keynote while the other staffs the SIM CFL booth. Both members will be present at the SIM CFL booth during meals and breaks.


PARKING REIMBURSEMENT

Volunteers will be reimbursed for parking expenses. A parking receipt is required for reimbursement.


VOLUNTEER SELECTION PROCESS

Volunteers for each day will be selected by drawing based on indicated availability. Every effort will be made to schedule up to eight volunteers to maximize member participation and event access.

  • Deadline to register: October 4
  • Selected volunteers notified: October 5
  • Volunteer confirmation required: October 6
  • Volunteer names due to organizer: October 7
If a selected volunteer does not reconfirm availability by October 6, an alternate will be selected from the remaining volunteer pool for that day.

Expo Passes Include:

  • Keynote sessions in Coastal Ballroom and Tech Theatre Presentations
  • Food and beverages served in the Expo each day
  • Three evening networking receptions
  • Passport-to-Prizes on Day 2
  • Full access to the Expo
          Breakout sessions and CPE credits are not included with the Expo Pass.
