Monthly Meeting / Event sponsors
Breakfast Meeting – $2000
Cocktail Event – $3000 (sponsorship includes all food plus 1 drink ticket per attendee)
Additional Sponsorships per event
Drinks/cocktails for evening event – $1000 (provides a 2nd drink ticket per attendee)
Parking sponsor – $500
Coffee sponsor – $500 (for breakfast events)
Badge sponsor – $750
Monthly Meeting / Event Sponsorship includes your company logo as a part of our invitation and all correspondence for that meeting. The invitation is emailed multiple times (at least 3 times) to over 800 contacts, many of whom are at the level of CIO, Director or VP of IT. In addition, you may have up to 3 of your company representatives attend the meeting to greet and network with our members and visitors. Sponsors are given 5 minutes during the meeting to introduce your company to the group and if you have an item to give away, you may collect business cards in order to draw the winner. Our breakfast meetings are usually attended by 45-50 people; the evening cocktail party is attended by 55-60 people.
Additional Drink/Parking/Coffee/Badge Sponsorships: A sign on the bar, coffee, and sign in tables which reflects who the sponsors are of each category and the meeting facilitator will give a brief description of their products and services during the meeting. In addition, one representative of the company may attend the event. Also, the Badge Sponsor will have their company name (and possibly their logo if we have room) printed on the attendee badges.
